Last year's Golf Day was a great success, raising over £7,000 for the charity.
Backup - the technical entertainment charity - run by a Board of Trustees from our Entertainment Industry. Previously known as Behind the Scenes UK, Backup provides help and financial support to entertainment technology professionals when they are seriously ill or injured, or when an immediate family member is seriously ill or injured, or to their surviving family members. The Charity was created for all industry members to support each other in times of crisis. The model is simple: individuals and organizations contribute money to Backup and the Charity provides grants to help our colleagues through emergency situations. Backup brings help, hope and support in times of great need.
