The latest additions to the d&b audiotechnik V-Series
UK - d&b GB is all set for this year's ABTT Theatre Show at London's Alexandra Palace, 22-23 June. The show will be an ABTT first for the celebrated V-Series point source loudspeakers.

Renowned for their remarkable sensitivity in the vocal range, the V10P will take centre stage in show's 'pop up' Studio Theatre (PBS). Accompanied by Y7s, V-SUBs, E6s and E8s all powered by the flagship D80, whilst the V7P will take pride of place on the d&b stand no. A54.

Live Performance Masterclasses will take place in the PBS, an opportunity for aspiring technicians to get practical insights into the everyday challenges facing production teams in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The Education and Application Support team at d&b GB - always ready to go back to basics, or share their latest experiments - will be offering sessions on choosing the right loudspeakers and tuning a system using d&b ArrayCalc.

Meanwhile, the d&b DS10 Audio network bridge will also make its ABTT debut on the d&b stand. Released earlier this year, the DS10 is the first d&b device to be positioned before the amplifiers in the signal chain. Designed specifically with the d&b workflow in mind, each 1RU device can output up to sixteen Dante network channels via AES3 and features an integrated 5-port switch, offering redundant networks for the Dante protocol, as well as advanced networking modes.

Installation specific xS-Series will also feature on the stand and passive cardioid columns of the xC-Series. These loudspeakers will be joined by 10D and 30D installation amplifiers, specially tailored for permanent applications.

The d&b stand is an opportunity for visitors to join the dots of the industry trusted d&b Workflow; workstations will present the impressive prediction potential of d&b ArrayCalc and its effortless integration with R1 Remote control software along with the chance to take a tour of the far field noise immission modelling software, d&b NoizCalc.

"ABTT is a great opportunity to see what's happening across the theatre industry," commented Gianni Abruzzese, commercial manager at d&b GB. "Once again we're looking forward to offering our support and bringing people up to date with the d&b solutions that matter most to them."
