Europe - Imagination AV, the newly appointed Benelux distributor for Amate Audio, is counting the success of its exhibitor debut at ISE. The former rental company, taking its first confident steps into the distributor market, devoted its booth, in Hall 7, entirely to promotion of its newly acquired line of advanced engineered sound reinforcement systems from the Barcelona based sound company.
The move paid dividends for the Rotterdam-based distributor, in terms of a visually arresting booth and a clear sense of market focus. Imagination AV’s founder and general manager, Jason Lupgens, expresses his satisfaction, “As a public debut for Imagination AV and Amate Audio, ISE was a big success for us. Turning over our booth exclusively to Amate Audio was an opportunity to highlight the outstanding flagship products from the high-performance sound system manufacturer.
“Constant visitor traffic included booth existing clients, who already know us a rental agent for Amate, and prospective new clients; many of whom are now talking to us about spec’ing Amate Audio in tendering for upcoming projects. What we really like!”
Imagination is hosted a post-show Amate Audio showcase, Exerience NL, in the Rotterdam World Trade Centre. “Many of these people who showed real interest attended Experience NL, to hear the product actually perform. We know they are going to be very impressed.“
Amate Audio vice president and chief technical officer, Joan Amate, was in attendance throughout the show, and commented on its success for the brand: “Visitors on the booth primarily showed interest in our new X12CLA compact constant curvature array and in the availability of Dante in our new DSP608D digital loudspeaker management system; both of which we were publicly exhibiting for the first time.
“This year’s show surprised me in terms of obvious further increase in visitor numbers. As a result we engaged extensively, not only with existing customers and users, but also with new potential customers; both domestically – for Benelux – and internationally from all over the world. For Amate Audio, I can honestly say that this year’s ISE was a very positive experience, in promoting our brand in AV markets throughout the world.”
