Portugal - NEXT-proaudio is introducing the LAs118A.v3 (active) and LAs118.v3 (passive). This new version is exactly the same as the previous version with a different internal construction (front-loaded).
The newer version (v3) has been internally re-engineered (from hybrid-horn to front-loaded) to respond more effectively to lower frequencies. The optimised flare of the tunning port reduces air compression and turbulence especially at very high acoustic pressure levels. Although the average sensitivity of the new version of LAs118 is a little lower than the previous version (about -0.4dB) the SPL level in frequencies below 50Hz is on average 2dB higher.

UK - Audio-Technica has announced scheduled availability in Europe and the UK for its recently launched BP3600 Immersive Audio Microphone. A broadcast audio tool capable of capturing stable, three-dimensional sound beds at sporting events, concerts, movie sets and more, the BP3600 will be available for purchase from May 2023.
The development of the BP3600 included nearly three seasons of extensive prototype testing at MotoGP, the Grand Prix motorcycle racing Championship, in conjunction with commercial rights holder Dorna Sports S.L., which has made the microphone a core audio component of its future programme broadcasting.

Germany - Neumann has announced the release of the KH 120 II studio monitor. Building upon the success of its predecessor, the KH 120 II offers improvements in all acoustic parameters for deeper bass, higher SPL capability, and increased resolution, says the company. Germany - Austrian AV technology manufacturer AV Stumpfl will present its mobile unibody screen system Monolyte, the new Flex Black PRO projection screen surface and new features of the upcoming Pixera version 2.0 at Prolight+Sound 2023 in Frankfurt.
The compact unibody screen system Monolyte has integrated legs, which makes it suitable for smaller venues and conference rooms.

Italy - Outline has announced that their Newton audio processor has been awarded a European patent [N° EP3776932B1].
This qualification follows the awarding of an Italian patent for Newton in 2020 - N° 102018000004143 - and is the result of significant investment and effort on the part of the Brescia-based company. It is actually the third patent awarded to Newton, the other covering the WFIR filter topology that is a key factor in its audio performance.
The company is continuing to develop the Newton platform and in related news, Outline is going to introduce a completely new multi-platform control software for Newton, once again entirely conceived and created at Outline HQ. USA - The Tower LF44 is the newest product to join 1 Sound’s catalogue, furthering the application possibilities of The Tower Series.
The LF44 is a low frequency column array loudspeaker, meant to perform with the Tower LCC44 or LCC84 as a low frequency extension. The LF44 is the same construction and look as the LCC44, therefore all the LCC44 accessories are applicable to the LF44. It can be deployed in a flown array with the LCC44 and LCC84 or can be wall mounted independently.
This module consists of four high-powered, low frequency drivers, and has a bandwidth of 70 Hz - 200 Hz. The LF44 uses an independent amp channel with proprietary DSP. Like all other 1 Sound speakers, the LF44 is IP55 and saltwater resistant with custom colours available.

This compact and powerful LED pixel interface will control up to 8160 RGB pixels from a unit that measures 110mm x 85mm x 28mm and weighs 215 grams. The PixNet accepts Artnet, sACN and converts the data to SPI, DMX or TTL to control digital LED pixels that are either clocked or unclocked.
