USA - Super Vision International recently announced that it has signed license agreements with Illumination Management Solutions (IMS) and LED Power, both of Irvine, California, for its Variable Colour Lighting System patent # 4,962,687 and its recently acquired Laidman Technology. Illumination Management Solutions is known for it advanced applications of LED technology for the production of LED light engines for industrial and commercial applications. LED Power produces LED lighting systems for commercial applications including aerospace, automotive, commercial signage, marine, traffic control and utility control systems.

Greg Rhoads, IMS's chief technology officer, said: "It is clear to us that the Super Vision "687" Patent provides the earliest and broadest coverage in the industry for networking multiple colour changing lighting fixtures using addressable and variable control. We are proud to be a part of the LED Alliance." Mr. Rhoads was a co-founder of Radiant Imaging, the nation's leading manufacturer of photometric software and hardware and whose ProSource models are the standard of the industry.

Ron Holder, IMS's president, commented: "Positive and co-operative relationships are key to success in this powerful and dynamic lighting market. With this agreement in place, IMS and Super Vision launch a partnership that should produce sensational results for years to come."

Cary Aberg, managing director of LED Power stated: "LED Power has accrued 12 years of experience in building custom LED products. With partnerships in Taiwan, China and Mexico we have aligned ourselves with some of the top LED manufacturers in the world and we are proud to have aligned ourselves with Super Vision."

Jens Cutter, director of sales and marketing further commented: "With our signing of a license agreement with Super Vision we will begin a full roll out of a unique, high quantity, waterproof RGB colour changing products to be used in a multitude of indoor and outdoor applications."
