Barco will introduce its new intellaspot XT-1 at LDI
USA - Barco/High End Systems announced today that it will be showcasing a broad spectrum of product offerings in their booth at LDI in Las Vegas. This year's event will serve as the launch pad for several new lighting products and upgraded solutions designed to illuminate live events with creative lighting effects.

Barco will introduce its new intellaspot XT-1, an advanced lighting fixture designed to set a new benchmark in price and performance, says the company. The intellaspot XT-1 offers innovations in optics, lamp configurations, high lumen output, energy efficiency, zoom range, and overall feature set - all at a highly economical price point.

The DL.3 digital light and the Axon Media Server have both been recently updated with enhanced hardware and new Version 2.0 software - providing additional media streams and creative effects, as well as a host of new features. These include new digital shutters, improved blending functionality, innovative diagnostic tools, an increase in the number of available graphic layers (from three to nine), and an overall enhancement that enables more effects to be used simultaneously.

Also recently released, the DML-1200 w/Axon advances the product line's core capabilities by integrating Axon's powerful Version 2.0 software into the DML-1200 to provide the same features as DL.3 and Axon with over 1,200 pieces of royalty-free stock content included. The fixture's fast 4:1 zoom, warping and edge blending for external inputs with virtually no frame delay, and light mode with CMY colour mixing abilities provide users with a full complement of features.

"We are pleased to return to LDI with such a broad mix of professional products," said Chris Colpaert, VP of creative lighting for Barco. "Since our last showing at LDI, we have expanded and strengthened our complete line of lighting solutions, demonstrating our full commitment to supporting the lighting industry both on the fixture as well as the console side."
