L-R: Moonlite's Ian Bonner, Tom Rowlands, Will Clough and Jon Wood
UK - Moonlite Productions, based in Aylesbury, has recently taken delivery of the X-Line Advance X2, the latest line array from Electro-Voice.

The system consists of the high-performance X2-212/120, a two-way vertical line-array loudspeaker element providing 120-degree horizontal coverage; and the X-Line Advance X12-128 subwoofer, which, Moonlite says, produces "the greatest low-frequency impact and performance EV has ever developed".

"The state-of-the-art compact cabinet delivers more LF output in a smaller footprint than other subwoofers available today. Naturally, all powered by TG-7 amplifiers and controlled by IRIS -NET," the company says.

Moonlite is amongst the first in the UK to receive one of these highly acclaimed systems. Moonlite's owner James Iyengar, a live sound perfectionist and veteran of many headline tours, was simply blown away by it, when he first heard it in action. He comments: "I heard the system used in Birmingham, outdoors and was astonished by the clarity, dispersion, sheer power and ease of rigging and cabling - a must have!"

Moonlite Productions provides a complete turn-key solution for events, while offering a personal and bespoke service. With over 30 years' experience and expertise, the company delivers all types of events utilising its extensive stock of equipment.

Another recent acquisition to Moonlite's inventory is the Allen & Heath dLive S3000, of which they are again one of the first recipients of in the UK. This compact yet powerful control surface offers great versatility, features and robust design. James says: "Awesome processing power and virtually infinite expansion development capabilities - finally a product Allen & Heath can be really proud of."

The D-Live S3000 complements Moonlite's existing equipment stock including the also recently arrived Yamaha CL5, and Chauvet Rogue RH1 Hybrid lighting fixtures. Moonlite Productions is an official Sales & Service centre for both Allen & Heath and Yamaha products in the UK.
