Manwaring has previous experience within the exhibition and events industries from working within AV rental company ATC for five years as its sales manager where he was responsible for growing the business and working with clients within the aviation and defence industries. From there, he became sales director at Exhibition Organisers Fairs & Exhibitions before going on to manage his own exhibition company in the Middle East.
