UK - LumenRadio, a leader in wireless lighting control technology, releases support for RDM over Art-Net in all CRMX RDM transmitters at PLASA this year.

"Our CRMX wireless products already supported all the common entertainment lighting protocols: DMX, RDM, ArtNet I & II, Streaming ACN (draft & standard), ETCNet 2 & 3, Strand ShowNet, and Pathport. We are now taking it a step further by adding support for RDM over Art-Net. This means that we now have extended the bi-directionality of RDM into the Ethernet domain with the obvious advantages that has for networked connectivity on the controller side", explains Niclas Norlén CTO of LumenRadio.

All CRMX hardware is designed to last for "a life time" in the most demanding applications, including professional production and touring environments. The hardware longevity is paired with an extensive ongoing software development program to our meet customer's expectations for support of new and emerging protocols, as well as additional features. A CRMX Cognitive 2.4/5.8GHz dual band upgrade is also available for all products and is a unique way to bring the systems up to the current state-of-the art performance level.

"All customers with existing CRMX RDM transmitters can, with a free upgrade, take advantage of RDM over ArtNet and other recent protocol and feature additions. We encourage all customers to contact their local dealer or distributor to facilitate the upgrade. Technology development never stands still and the only way to handle such a dynamic is to build products that customers can upgrade. CRMX customers can always be sure their investment is protected by LumenRadio's dedication to continued product development and upgrades. Obsolescence will never be a word in the CRMX vocabulary", promises Anders Ardstål VP of operations at LumenRadio.
