Joining 130 exhibitors across two sold-out halls will be 20 new exhibitors
UK - More than 2000 professionals from the North of England's entertainment and installation technology communities have registered to attend PLASA Focus: Leeds 2012, taking place at the Royal Armouries in Leeds, on Tuesday 17 & Wednesday 18 April. Organisers PLASA Events are attributing this year's stronger-than-ever pre-show figures to the record number of new products on show, a flurry of first-time exhibitors, and the event's well-loved, friendly format.

Joining 130 exhibitors across two sold-out halls will be 20 new exhibitors, including audio, video and lighting installers TMC Ltd; audio manufacturer Electro-Voice; laser system specialists Laserworld AG; audio manufacturers KV2 Audio; audio contractors FBT Audio; designers and manufacturers of modular stages and portable sound and light systems, Unistage Ltd; and audio sales, rentals, and integrated installations company, Pro Audio Systems.

A bumper crop of new products will be available to view in the UK for the first time, including many products launched to international audiences at Prolight+Sound Frankfurt last week. Visitors to the show will be among the first to see Martin Professional's new MAC Viper family, ETC's Source Four LED fixtures, Yamaha's new three-model CL Series Digital Consoles, the new Jands Vista L5 from A.C. Entertainment Technologies, and the XS Wireless System from Sennheiser, the DMX / RDM splitter, Duo-Split RDM, and the Panel Range from Artistic Licence, MC2 Audio's new S Series studio amplifiers shown by POLARaudio, Elation's Flex Pixel WP, and many more new products from Pro Light Concepts, Smoke Factory, MT pro, Canford, Le Maitre, Bose, Green Hippo, d&b audiotechnik, James Thomas Engineering, Hall Stage, Nexo and Roland, amongst others.

Events manager Sophie Atkinson comments, "We couldn't be happier with the level of support this year, both from the exhibitors, who love coming to the North West to meet people they don't get to meet anywhere else, and from the visitors, who come to check out the free seminars, get a first look at some new products, and meet the people behind them. It's a fun two days so everybody here at PLASA is looking forward to it as well."

Visitors can register for their free visitor badge, find out more about the Professional Development Programme, and book their seats on the show website www.plasafocus.com.
