"Building on the popular automated pixel mappable batten category of fixtures currently in the market place, Chauvet found a way to make it unique to them," explained Bandit's director of technical services Jake Tickle. "The ability to individually tilt each of the five LED cells enables countless creative ways to use the fixture."
The Rogue R1 FX-B can currently be seen on Shinedown's Carnival of Madness tour (lighting design by Sooner Routhier, lighting director Carter Fulghum), which is currently crisscrossing the nation, and country music heartthrob Chris Lane (lighting design by Andy Knighton).
"Creatively, its limits are endless," finished Tickle. "From pixel mapping, to a miniature automated ACL, its limit is your imagination."
"Albert Chauvet showed the new FX-B to Jake Tickle, and then Albert called me about them," shared Bandit chair Michael T. Strickland. "We were so excited we bought them long before the first units had actually been produced. When we received the shipment, we were blown away with the brightness, the features and the functionality. Chauvet has hit another home run."
