The multi-angle FOH speaker system offers power handling of 950 W rms. It is suitable for use as a full-range solution for all voice and music applications in large arenas, amphitheatres, stadiums and sport halls, with eight UA1 units covering an area of 360°. In addition, the LD UNO array matches up perfectly with the V-218B 2 × 18" (1.6 kW) and VA-PS215 2 × 15" bandpass subwoofers for a more dynamic sub-bass.
The uniquely-designed cabinets are made of 18mm multiplex ply and have DuraCoat LX coating, helping them stand up to the tough daily demands of touring and live applications.
Dispersion of the main system is quoted at 70° x 45°, while the downfill covers 60° x 60°. LF power capacity is 800W continuous / 1200W peak; maximum continuous output is 130 dB SPL and peaking at 136 dB SPL. Dimensions are (W x H x D): 395 × 1440 × 457 mm.
LD Systems says "fantastic consumer feedback" has followed the relaunch of its "Powered by Eminence" Stinger Series. The range has been extended by five passive and active multifunctional loudspeakers and all models are now equipped with BMS compression drivers.
The Stinger Series has been further expanded with the LDEB212 added for high power live applications. The LD Stinger 2 x 12" is a passive bass reflex multifunctional loudspeaker equipped with 2 x 12' speaker chassis, and a 1" compression driver. The LD Stinger 2 x 12" provides 600W of power and a very high SPL of 128 dB max.
Powerful performances, easy handling and high pressure levels qualify these speakers for all types of full range applications, making them perfect for stage usage. The housing is built from high quality Birch Plywood with a highly durable textured lacquer finish and an integrated speaker stand receptacle.
