Woida has spent the last six years working in professional audio in Dubai, UAE. During his time there he was a systems specialist for Clair Brothers Audio Systems through NMK Electronics and head of the audio department at Lighthouse Production Middle East. Woida is currently based out of the Minneapolis, working with director of US operations Mick Whelan. As an applications engineer he is tasked with providing technical and design support to Adamson's North American customers.

Shields received a degree in mechanical engineering/product design from Georgian College. He came to Adamson after working as a PA rental administrator at The Arts Music Store located in Newmarket, Ontario. His responsibilities in his new role include managing the production schedule, liaising with customers and interfacing with the Adamson team. His exceptional customer service experience and organizational acumen will be a benefit in his new position.
