After having demoed several A3 Pro panels at official UK distributor PSCo's HQ in Reading, UK, Adlib's Andy Dockerty and Ian Tomlinson decided upon the purchase of 250 Absen A3 Pro panels, launched at ISE 2015 in Amsterdam back in February.
"After seeing the Absen LED panels at a trade show we were naturally curious about obtaining some LED panels for our own inventory," comments Tomlinson. "We were really impressed by the A3 Pro, and decided to place an order.
"Although the quality of the product is second to none, we were convinced by the exceptional after sales care and service offered here in the UK for Absen customers. We have a great relationship with PSCo and it's very reassuring to know that in the case of any on site issues with the panels, technical help is just a phone call away."
The ultra HD 3.9mm pixel pitch A3 Pro LED panel offers integrated wiring into its modular structure, ensuring ease of product assembly, installation, disassembly and maintenance. In addition to using Absen third generation calibration technology, the A3 Pro boasts a dual power supply backup system, contributing to improved installation efficiency and product stability.
Only days after Liverpool-based Adlib made the purchase, the A3 Pro panels were already out in full force on the Mrs Brown's Boys arena tour, an award winning comedy theatrical written by Brendan O'Carroll, for which Adlib supplied all audio, lighting and visuals.
"Adlib have a comprehensive stock of broadcast quality camera equipment which we rent out to large arena tours such as Mrs Brown Boys. Traditionally we would have constructed IMAG screens and arena screens using projection, but now thanks to the light weight and low pixel pitch of the Ultra HD Absen panels, we were able to offer the Mrs Brown's Boys tour our Absen LED screens for the central delay video screens and IMAG screens as a replacement," continued Tomlinson. "This offers the customer so much more in the way of practicality and ease of set up without compromising on quality.
"From corporate shows to arena tours, we've got all kind of clients queuing up to use the Absen screens. The clients are very happy with the products, and so are we."
