In its first few months of trading, the company has reported the addition of an impressive number of new customers whilst continuing business with long term customers of the MA and Clay Paky brands.
"We want to remind our existing customers of the commitment we have to ensuring they maximise their investment in our products by offering excellent after sales service, training and support from our base here in the UK," states Glyn O'Donoghue, Ambersphere's managing director.
"At the same time, we want to reach out to those rental and production companies who may never have thought MA and Clay Paky products were accessible to them. Well, we can assure them that they are, and we want to encourage them to take on these products, and to offer them a superior support package as part of their investment in Ambersphere's impressive product range.
Jon Greaves, from Lite Alternative comments, "We have recently purchased our first supply of Clay Paky Sharpy's from Ambersphere. Our customers have become more and more keen to use these popular products, and that, coupled with the exceptional service we receive from the team at Ambersphere Solutions made our purchase an easy decision to make."
Ambersphere's commitment to their customers is reflected in the facilities on offer at their new base in London including a new training centre and showroom, and supported by warehouse and workshop units. In the first three months of trading, over 80 MA Lighting and Clay Paky users have been through the training facility and there is a busy training schedule already in place throughout 2012.
"The year ahead promises some exciting plans for Ambersphere Solutions including a series of regional roadshows," continues O'Donoghue. "MA Lighting and Clay Paky have some ground breaking products and we are really excited about introducing them to the UK market."
