The AN-Mini is available in a variety of translucent colors including black, red, yellow, blue or clear. Anchor Audio developed this package in cooperation with corporate trainers, school teachers and musicians who need a clear, powerful sound system and value the high tech, colorful look of the AN-Mini.
In addition to a wired handheld microphone, the AN-Mini offers an optional wireless microphone with 16 UHF channels and a range of 250ft. The wireless microphone options include a traditional handheld model and a hands-free model in which a headband, collar or lapel microphone is plugged into a wireless beltpack transmitter.
Another unique feature of the AN-Mini is a "Mic Boost" button which provides additional power in the vocal range when the user is in a high noise environment such as a school cafeteria, an outdoor presentation, or an emergency setting.
Many educators and trainers are already reporting that AN-Mini is the most powerful and convenient 'little sound system' on the market, says the company.
Also new from Anchor Audio is the MiniVox Lite, a portable public address system which delivers "high quality sound in a lightweight, easy to carry package".
The MiniVox Lite, which weighs in at 3 pounds, is packaged in a durable soft enclosure which is designed to be worn on the shoulder while in use. Anchor Audio developed this package in cooperation with tour guides, cheerleaders, police officers, military personnel and school supervisors who need to communicate clearly through a hand-held PA system. The MiniVox Lite replaces outdated bullhorns which are both heavy and difficult to understand.
The MiniVox Lite comes with the same microphone options as the AN-Mini and both products can be operated on rechargeable batteries, alkaline batteries or AC power. The rechargeable batteries can be charged directly without removing the batteries from the unit. The MiniVox Lite also features the 'Mic Boost' button.
