The new Nano range is the culmination of a year's research and development by RTI and brings a range of OPS, full colour, laser systems ranging from 10 Watts to 42 Watts; the flagship model being the Nano Rainbow - the first and only OPS laser on the market with six individual wavelengths. The lasers are all assembled in RTI's factory in Germany with the majority of parts and electronics being manufactured onsite.
Ray Laser Technologies managing director, Karl Kaes explains, "We are using the smallest laser diode drivers available for high power laser diodes, this means easier handling due to smaller size and weight, higher efficiency and lowest heat dissipation. Service friendly module technology and easy replacement of each colour gives the opportunity to upgrade the system when needed.
"We have been working for the last year on creating this laser series which are, brighter due to the technology used and offer an increased colour range for more creative options. Safety of operation has also been a priority from a design perspective with circuitry current protection and an IP67 rating, so they are still fully operational when in contact with water."
The Nano's key features include all coherent OPS laser technology, linear colour dimming, IP67 rating, compact and lightweight design, climate and humidity sensor system, a wide range of operating temperatures and a unique 24 month warranty.
Arcstream AV has secured exclusive distribution rights in the UK for the Nano range.
