As part of this reorganisation, Arena Structures and Arena Seating will combine resources and will be headed up by Grahame Muir as managing director with Dave Withey the group sales director of this collective unit.
Joe O'Neil takes the role of managing director for the newly formed Arena's International Projects Division. He will be focusing on business growth in the Middle and Far East as well as the expanding the company's portfolio of iconic world events and international sales for the BOX seat.
Arena Seating's Membury premises will also become the new storage and distribution centre for sister company Spaceworks adding to their London office.
Greg Lawless has moved from vice chairman to Group CEO to support corporate development and acquisitions and will become more actively involved in the overall activities of the Group.
Group CEO Greg Lawless comments, "It is vital that as a group we continue to provide the best possible services at the most economic value to our clients. This reorganisation ensures that we do just that whilst at the same time ensuring we capitalise on the prestigious international projects that we have been involved in over the last 18 months."
Managing director Grahame Muir adds, "Bringing the Seating and Structures divisions of the Arena Group together strengthens our services. We have built a solid business centred around loyalty with some very prestigious clients. This new Group structure ensures we can continue to deliver the highest standards to those clients while continuing to expand our temporary overlay provision to international iconic sporting events.
"Combining resources means we have taken the best practices from both, to further enhance our customers' experience, and maintain a keen pricing structure that provides best value. This was a logical evolution following the success and excellent customer feedback from Arena Group projects such at Ryder Cup, ATP Tennis and Delhi 2010 Commonwealth Games. Importantly it also provides a focus on our international capabilities, using our team's talents and qualifications to the full."
