Founded by Hansjürg Meier in 1989 Tonspur AG was initially a production facility with two Studios and rental & distribution divisions.
In the early 2000s Tonspur decided to concentrate on product distribution and design services. In recent years Tonspur has also been extensively involved with the Montreux Jazz Festival.
