The company's reputation is based on quality and experience
UK - Christie reports that AVC Live, a leading technical production company based in the UK, have invested in a number of the latest Christie Mirage WU20K-J 3-chip DLP projectors and a Christie Spyder X20 video processor.

AVC Live provide production services to corporate clients, event agencies, production companies, PR & communications agencies, hotels and venues. The company's reputation is based on quality and experience. They propose, design, plan and execute innovative live event solutions across numerous sectors irrespective of size and scale.

For almost two decades AVC Live have had a close partnership with Christie (formerly with Electrohome). Past purchases have included many Christie Roadster HD10K-M projectors and Christie MicroTiles. Due to the tough environments associated with staging large events, quality and reliability are of prime importance to AVC Live, and over the years they have found that the Christie technology more than lives up to their expectations.

Patrick Hill, CEO, AVC Live, said, "When we needed to add another innovative dimension to our client offerings, we immediately turned to Christie for some trusted advice. Following in-depth discussions, we decided that the WU20K-J projectors and the Spyder X20 would be the best fit for our 3D digital projection and video image processing requirements. This new technology is an exciting addition to our already high specification stock and has already proved itself at a recent event in Brussels where we delivered spectacular 3D results. This new technology will also enhance our mapping capabilities and is ideal for live event environments."

Dale Miller, vice president, EMEA, Christie, commented, "We have built up a strong partnership with AVC Live over the last 18 years and during that time we have helped them to create some outstanding visual experiences. AVC Live are continually looking at ways to push the boundaries of what's possible for their clients, so I am delighted that they have chosen to continue working with us to help make that happen."
