Commenting on his role within Axis Post, Eggleton says: "My main function will be to try to bridge the different operations of Axis Post and Axis Hire. It's been recognised that there is a void in the market for the whole process of data management within digital cinematography projects, both at the acquisition stage and in handling data in post and the storage thereafter. Axis Post is investing in R&D to address this issue; I will be researching, developing and testing systems and workflows."
