The ILite 3 LED module has been specifically designed to offer unrivalled colour uniformity, enhanced colour depth and the highest image quality available in LED display technology today, say Barco. With its high brightness and resolution, the ILite 3 is ideal for use in high ambient light environments with very short viewing distances.
Other advantages include its lightweight design and minimal external cabling, making it ideal for use at high-profile locations and events where aesthetic integration and low profile are of key importance. A small module, measuring less than 26cm in width and 20cm in height, the ILite 3 also saves on space by eliminating the need for installation - or rental frames, as the modules can be locked together directly both vertically and horizontally. This also adds to the module's reduced size and offers increased flexibility in shape and size.
Also new from Barco is XLM H25 projector. With a light output of 27,000 center lumen and a native resolution of 2048 x 1080 pixels, Barco claims that the XLM will become the most powerful projector available in the rental and staging market. Designed specifically for the professional rental and staging and events markets, the XLM H25 features a sealed DMD engine, high-power 6kW Xenon lamp, offering reliable high performance and crisp, clear images, even on very large screens. The XLM H25 allows simultaneous presentation of four input channels and multi-image windowing on a truly wide 'canvas'. Barco says its development of the XLM H25 leads the market trend of wide-screen presentation, which up until today has only been possible with multiple projector set-ups featuring soft-edge blending.
The third new product from Barco is the Solaris LC40, a 40" LCD professional display solution. A public information system aimed at major exhibitions, digital signage applications, retail, entertainment and sports venues, corporate headquarters and transit locations, the Solaris LC40 offers not only crystal clear images, but also comes with internal hub, integrated PC, content management and scheduling software and content rotation options, offering the professional user an LCD display system that can be tailored to suit their specific needs.
With its native 1280 by 768 (WXGA) resolution, high brightness and long life-time the Solaris LC40 offers the professional user a viable alternative to plasma displays. Add to that the fact that the display comes with interchangeable input modules, customizable front cover and built-in rotator which allows the display and its content to be rotated from portrait to landscape or vice-versa in real time, and the Solaris becomes a state-of-the-art display solution.
Built to present a flexible integrated digital signage display system, the Solaris LC40 comes with various high-end digital inputs, including DVI, SDI and HD-SDI.
