With Bar Axis being on the second floor, a PA install was a must to save bands humping gear up and down the stairs. Bar Axis promoter DJ Rossi has always been an admirer of HK Audio, and when he called Audio Engineering Services for advice, they took him a demo Actor system. The system's sound matched the acoustics of the venue and Rossi immediately ordered one, along with the A&H Mix Wizard. Audio Engineering Services has also just taken delivery of an HK Audio Contour array, powered by Lab.Gruppen amplifiers. The system was bought to service the summer festival circuit and also a tour by ex-Little Man Tate frontman Jon Windle.
