USA - Community has promoted Christopher Barrow to the position of manager of new product development. A graduate of DeVry University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Management, Barrow also has an extensive engineering background with experience in amplifier design and invention. He has previously held the position of production and development engineer at Community, where much of his time was spent designing crossovers and spearheading the development of new product lines under the tutelage of Community president and chief engineer, Bruce Howze.

"Chris is one of the brightest young engineers I have met," said Howze, "and he has that rare ability to completely understand the entire developmental process for new loudspeaker products from both an engineering and organizational perspective."

"I look forward to helping Community develop the best products with the best quality at the best times," said Barrow. "My background in product design, engineering and business management has made me a perfect fit for this job." Barrow's new position comes as a natural progression for both him and the company. His focus will be on satisfying the needs of the industry, while exceeding the customers' expectations.
