In total, the company added 48 E15 line array modules, 24 E219 subwoofers, 48 S10 line array modules and four S119 subwoofers to their inventory. The sale was directed by Adamson's distribution partner Real Music and the gear was immediately put to use at the Autohome concert at Beijing National Stadium for more than 10,000 people.
"We were interested in expanding our inventory and a friend recommended that we look into Adamson products," explains Li Ran, managing director at BGVCD "After we heard the demonstration we knew it was the system for us - it sounded terrific, was easy to use and looks great plus the bass is shocking. I am pleased to say that we now have the largest inventory of Adamson products in China, which is a very good thing for us."
BGVCD has been active in sound reinforcement for more than 15 years. Currently employing 30 people, the company offers a number of services including providing sound reinforcement for concerts, symphonies, variety shows, and recording purposes throughout the region.
David Dohrmann, technical director Asia-Pacific for Adamson, presented three days of training to the company after they took possession of their new sound systems. He provided detailed instruction in Adamson's Blueprint AV simulation software including designing in 2D, complex surface design and designing in 3D during the first day. Day two offered attendees a complete overview of Lake processing including Adamson's proprietary Array Shaping groups and X-tilt groups. The last day was all about rigging and measurement of the system.
"Beijing Global Visual Culture Development Co. is a significant addition to the Adamson rental network in Asia," concludes Dohrmann. "Their decision reflects a growing demand for our loudspeaker systems on a global level. I look forward to seeing their business expand as they deploy their new systems."
