Both parties are no strangers to each other and have regularly worked together as colleagues and neighbours over the last years, also as Synco Network partners.
Due to this cooperation, the companies have even decided to change the name Flashlight/APR into Ampco Flashlight Rental. DEE's managing director Andre Schneider will be responsible for the general management of Ampco Flashlight Rental in Belgium as well as DEE Sound & Light within the scope of this new cooperation.

As of 1 May, both companies have set up their new company in a business property in the industrial park (industriepark) Hoek 76 in (2850) Boom, Belgium.
