Number One Piccadilly at the London Pavilion is a listed building occupying the triangular site bounded by Shaftesbury Avenue, Great Windmill Street and Piccadilly Circus - which was previously occupied by Rock Circus. Plans include flexible layouts which will create a high quality central London venue ideal for events for up to 1,000 guests - including room for 500 seated hospitality, and a 500-seat auditorium for sporting fixtures such as boxing or snooker which will be unparalleled in the West End of London.
Making the announcement at London Venue Expo, Phil Pike, of developer Number One Venues, said: "Orostream's reputation for quality work on prestigious locations made them the perfect choice for Number One Piccadilly at the London Pavilion, which will be a high quality venue in the most wonderful surroundings. It was vital that our building partners understood the vision we have, and could work with us to achieve what will be one of London's premier venues."

This week the project is on show at the London Venue Expo event, where Phil Pike and the team are taking the opportunity to talk to event organizers to ensure that the venue offers the best and most appropriate services and facilities.
Bookings are already being taken for events at Number One Piccadilly at the London Pavilion, which opens in April 2006.
