Last month, Big Screen Show purchased four Boreal V4 systems. Big Screen Show owner Evgeny Marinichev explains why he decided to upgrade from his V3 systems to V4. "It is almost three years that we're using V3 and it has proved itself as a powerful and multifunctional server.
"But power is never enough, and we need more outputs and higher resolutions from servers. Another very important thing was 'going out' from HD resolution, and new FlexRes codec help us with it. That is why we decided to introduce bigger brothers into our Hippo family."
