The MA12EX loudspeaker includes 12 2.25" high excursion, weather-resistant drivers that deliver extended low-frequency response for accurate music reproduction. Incorporated for the first time in an MA12 loudspeaker, Bose Articulated Array loudspeaker technology precisely angles each driver to provide wide, even sound coverage at higher frequencies throughout the listening area - from front to back and even off to the extreme sides.
The loudspeaker's ultra-thin enclosure blends in with nearly any architectural décor, and its weather-resistant design makes it suited for a variety of indoor and outdoor venue applications: houses of worship, recreational parks, auditoriums, transportation hubs, atriums, malls, retail, restaurants, conference facilities, sports and multi-purpose spaces, says the company.
Improved optional bracket hardware can be used to easily mount the loudspeaker in single or multiple line source configurations.
The original Panaray MA12 loudspeaker will continue to be available for indoor applications.
