Owners Dimitris Kantas and Ghalia Collins ran the venue under its original guise before closing for a 10-week major refurbishment, reopening as an authentic continental bar/brasserie, with improved frontage, a canopy and a pavement licence.
CPM proprietor Trevor Brooks opted for a combination of Martin Audio's architectural AQ10 compact two-way loudspeakers, finished in white. A Blackline S15 provides some bass extension, and the rear of this 123-capacity venue is serviced by a further pair of AQ8's, under the control of dbx processing.
