In early 2009, Creative Communication Group was chosen by Clay Paky Italy to be the official agent and presenter to the brand in Qatar. Creative Communication Group is a thriving full-service event management and production venture based in Qatar under the direction of managing partner Jalal Dudin.

The Doha Tribeca Film Festival kicked off at 29 October and lasted for four days. The festival activities were staged across several venues. The Qatar Museum of Islamic Art was the main venue for the opening and closing nights.
A large outdoor stage of 30m width, 18m height and 32mdepth was raised to accommodate the open air screenings, the Qatar Philharmonic Orchestra and the closing night ceremonies.
"The stage lighting was powered by our Clay Paky units and was designed byAdam Bassett LD, who we had the pleasure to work with," says Jalal Dudin. "Hundreds of Clay Paky units were installed not only the stage but also at the Red Carpet, Souq Waqif out-door screening and Doha City Centre Mall."
