USA - CenterStaging Musical Productions Inc., acquired by SoundCheck LA LLC in November 2009, transformed itself to CenterStaging - A SoundCheck LA Company. With expansion renovations almost complete, CenterStaging now has the ability to increase the superior suite of services while maintaining the decorum, privacy and discretion customers expect.

Ben Jumper, president and CEO, stated, "CenterStaging, an icon of excellence in the music industry for over 19 years, will operate uninterrupted. It now has strong financial backing and is an essential part of a network of rehearsal, backline rental and recording studios around the country. In keeping with the SoundCheck brand, CenterStaging has expanded its services to offer music instrument repair services and locker rentals. This is a relationship and service business. CenterStaging's customers can take comfort in the fact that co-founders Johnny Caswell and Jan Parent along with substantially all of the key employees and their production teams are on board."

The new owners of CenterStaging - A SoundCheck LA Company include: Ben Jumper, president and CEO of SoundCheck Nashville and SoundCheck Austin; Mitch Clark, Founder of Tomcat Global and Scott Scovill, president of Moo TV and Branded Media Factory.

In connection with the acquisition, SoundCheck LA successfully secured leases for all of the existing facilities of the CenterStaging campus conveniently located across from the Burbank airport. "The expansion of the existing 11 studios and added on industry offices are almost complete. We are very excited about the future of CenterStaging," stated general manager, Lou Carnevale.
