Chauvet establishes German subsidiary

Thomas Fischer, formerly owner and managing director of Fischer GmbH, has been named managing director of Chauvet’s German operation, which will focus on lighting. He is joined by Henning Oeker, a well-known lighting industry expert, who will serve as regional sales manager.
“We’re extremely pleased to have Thomas and Henning on-board with us in Germany,” said Albert Chauvet, CEO of Chauvet. “Thomas and Henning have put together a team of experienced lighting professionals who are well positioned to provide sales and service support to the German market.”
This enthusiasm is shared by Thomas Fischer. “We’re very excited by this opportunity,” he said. “Chauvet has established an excellent reputation throughout the world and has been at the forefront in the development of new LED fixtures for entertainment and theatrical lighting applications.”
Chauvet Germany GmbH is the fourth European subsidiary and the sixth domestic subsidiary of the Florida-headquartered manufacturer that also sells its products through a network of authorized distributors in over 100 countries.
