For Cirrus Logic, it was one of its third party developers that gave the company something to present this year. Attero Tech provide a new Cobranet interface, using RS232 for control, with RCA and Mini Jack in/outs powered by a low voltage 'wall-wart' PSU. Cirrus did show a prototype the CS4961xx with on board 32-bit DSP for use in digital audio networking applications; production is expected to begin in October with the software tools to follow shortly thereafter.
