CTI's president Gary Fails said: "I have admired Alan Crawshaw and his products ever since I met him. He's an inventor and innovator as well as being a well-known stagehand who knows the professional lighting world and its electricians and designers. This knowledge enables him to create products that meet the needs of lighting users. This purchase agreement gives Alan more time to concentrate on product development, as well as a path to market for his future products."
A.C.T.'s President, Alan Crawshaw commented, "This agreement gives us a chance to do what we both do best. CTI will take care of the manufacturing and distribution, and I will have more time to design new products for them. I think it works out well for both companies."
