The 1,000 capacity, 550sq.m Revolution club is situated underground on the main street below the Slam Café, another customer of ProAudio. For the new building, ProAudio was commissioned directly by the owners of the venue. "In this top resort, the competition to be better amongst clubs is high", commented ProAudio's Stanislav Petrov, "So, our brief was for a system that would really enhance Revolution's reputation for the best sound."
"We chose Community for the main system", continued Petrov. "Four SLS960 with two delay iBOX iHP1596 loudspeakers provide serious level and complete coverage with real clarity. To keep up, and deliver the low-end punch and power for house and dance music, we used four twin 18-inch TLF218 subs. The overall result is one of quality and power and the results show in the capacity crowds the club is drawing."
The front end of the Revolution system is supplied by a Pioneer CDJ-1000MK3 CD player and two Technics SL1200MK5 turntables with an Allen & Heath Xone:92 DJ mixer. A QUBE SP26 digital controller then drives KIND DQX-6024 four-channel power amplifiers to power the system.
"This is a very successful and prestigious installation", concludes Petrov. "The owners and management of Revolution are both impressed and happy with a system that is delivering the club a leading reputation in Sunny Beach."
