Contacta appoints distributor for France

The deal will introduce the complete Contacta range of hearing loops, RF, IR and speech transfer systems to Archean’s customers in France.
Archean Technologies, with offices in Paris, Montauban and Lisbon, has over 15-year history of manufacturing, installing and supplying key sectors in France. The company specialises in supplying customers and projects in the transport and public sectors throughout France.
Archean managing director Xavier Aumont comments: “We have always seen our supplier partnerships as a key foundation of our business. Some of our partnerships span 15 years so we select our brands carefully. Contacta’s product range is some of the best we have seen, offering a variety of technologies, which was attractive for us.
“With new accessibility legislation being launched we wanted to have the product range to supply the growing demand from our customers, whilst ensuring we have the resources available to be successful with Contacta.”
Meanwhile, Kent-based Contacta Systems has 50 years’ experience in developing assistive technology solutions for direct clients and distributors.
