New to the show this year is the ZerOS Android application - Zero 88's latest addition to its suite of remote applications. Continuing their commitment to mobile device integration, this new app adds to their existing iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad and Windows Mobile applications.
The ZerOS Remote Android app, the first for the entertainment technology industry, allows remote control of any ZerOS console. The app allows users to control their lighting rig from their Android for the first time. From channel levels to playback the ZerOS Remote offers full control of the Leap Frog 48, Leap Frog 96, Frog 2, ORB and ORB XF consoles.
ZeroWire CRMX, Cooper Controls new DMX/RDM Wireless Solution, will be previewed at Pro Light & Sound. The ZeroWire CRMX is based on the first automated and adaptive wireless technology specifically developed for the lighting industry. CRMX wireless transmissions optimise the use of available frequencies providing the most reliable wireless DMX solution.
Taking centre stage at the show is the ORB XF lighting control console. Designed to sit alongside the existing ORB console, the ORB XF has been designed for professional users requiring hands on live control. ORB XF adds fader control for intensity channels and live submaster playback, making it suitable for control of live events. The ORB XF will be previewing the next release of the ZerOS software suite.
Also at the show will be Zero 88's range of lighting control consoles that can control both generic and moving lights including ORB, Leap Frog 48, Jester ML24 and Jester TLXtra as well as the Chilli Installation Dimming System.
