Argentina - D.A.S. Audio reports that Argentina continues to showcase a large number of live events featuring D.A.S. Audio's Aero sound systems. Thanks to the efforts of professionals such as Ariel Marti, from Marti Audio, the country has undoubtedly become one of the best references of Aero line array success in Latin America, says the company.

Aero systems were on tour with Soledad Pastorutti's and at the Chamamé National Festivities. Soledad's tour, which kicked off in the city of Santa Rosa on 19 September and ended in Villa La Angostura in February, also helped the needy since all profits will be donated to different charities in each of cities where the shows took place.

As part of the 100-year celebrations, 'La Sole' has already given a series of recitals mainly in Patagonia that were attended by a total of more than 45,000 people. The Aero systems have been touring with Soledad around the cities Neuquén, General Roca and Viedma (in Río Negro), Santa Rosa (in La Pampa), Junín (in Buenos Aires), Río Gallegos, Río Grande and Ushuaia (in Tierra del Fuego), Esquel, Comodoro Rivadavia and Trelew (in Chubut), Bariloche and Caleta Olivia (in Santa Cruz), and Rafaela (in Santa Fe).

The PA system for the tour included 12 line array Aero 28 systems along with six Aero 182 units for bass coverage. Eight SM 15A self-powered stage monitors were installed to provide the artist with precise reference of the stage.

Meanwhile, the Transit Cocomarola Amphitheatre (in Corrientes) recently held the 19th Chamamé National Festivity. Raúl Barboza, Rudi and Nini Flores, Teresa Parodi, Ramona Galarza, Antonio Tarragó Ros, Marcela Morelo and Chango Spasiuk were some of the acts this year. More than 60,000 people attended the concerts over the four-night-long celebrations.

The PA system here was made up by 16 Aero 48 systems, flying eight per side at 43ft, together with 16 LX-218A subwoofer units. Eight self-powered Variant 25A line array systems were also installed by the stage as a front-fill. And on the stage, 10 self-powered SML-12A enclosures provided powerful and consistent sound quality over the performing area.
