This is the first year that Pro Sound Web/Live Sound and Audio Pro International have hosted awards, with both organisations inviting their readership to vote for their favourite products.

"These are prestigious awards in the live sound and House of Worship markets and the industry as a whole. The SD8, with the new Overdrive software, has elevated it to be the professional's choice, but it's also easy enough to operate that a volunteer - who is often the person operating a console in a House of Worship - can mix on it with ease."
