DPA has worked with Mega Audio for more than a decade, appointing them as exclusive distributor for Germany in 2004, a move which has seen turnover double in the region.
"Mega Audio have managed to increase their sales figures even during these financially difficult times," says DPA director of sales and marketing, Morten Stove. "We have a great working relationship with Mega and it grows stronger every day. We have high expectations and they are able to meet them. They have dedicated staff, and invest resources in marketing. Their dealer base is extensive and they have a great customer services department which handles most after sales support matters directly with great efficiency. They also maintain good stock levels to supply customers at short notice."
Martin Goosen is now senior sales manager at Amptec, DPA's distributor in Benelux, having also worked for DPA's previous Dutch distributor.
"Martin is dedicated and service-minded, both with customers and us as manufacturers," says Michael Trolle, DPA's area manager for Europe and the Middle East. "He has been involved with DPA for a long time and is one of our most dedicated representatives. Martin is on the road most of the time, and often comes up with ingenious new solutions for his customers to solve whichever problems they come across, at any time of the day or week."
