DPI's new E-Vision WUXGA-8000
The Netherlands / UK - Digital Projection International (DPI) announced at ISE 2012 an expansion of their E-Vision series--the newest platform in DPI's high-brightness, high-value projection line.

DPI's new E-Vision WUXGA-8000 introduces advanced display features such as integrated image Warp & Blend and Lens Memory to the E-Vision series. The new models also deliver higher brightness capabilities, as well as higher resolution, says the company.

The new E-Vision WUXGA-8000 delivers an affordable commercial projector solution with advanced capabilities typically reserved for more precision-oriented displays. Producing up to 8,000 lumens while weighing in at under 53 lbs., the dual-lamp E-Vision WUXGA-8000 employs the latest in Texas Instruments' 1920 x 1200 dark metal DLP technology. It is designed for use in lecture halls, conference venues, Houses of Worship, corporate auditoriums and boardrooms, digital signage, and "any other application needing bright, accurate imagery at a remarkably accessible price point".

Announced as a complement to the existing E-Vision WXGA 7000 displays introduced at InfoComm 2011, the new WUXGA projectors allow DPI's integrators to select the optimal E-Vision for their application based on price, capability and resolution, adds the company.
