As business development manager - South Europe, Arroyo will be responsible for developing Rosco markets in Italy, Greece, Turkey, Cyprus, Croatia, Malta, Slovenia, Serbia, Montenegro, Albania, Bosnia, Kosovo and Israel. In doing so he will be taking over the territories previously handled by Margie Heymann who steps back from 30 years of account management to focus on European colour filter production management. Arroyo and Heymann will work closely together over the next six months to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities.
As European textiles manager, Arroyo will focus on Rosco's aim of generating significant growth within the textile market across Europe.
Arroyo will continue to be based in Rosco Iberica's office in Madrid for 12 months, after which he will relocate to London as part of Rosco's goal to bring its regional business units closer together and reinforce the company's global presence.
Mark Engel, Rosco president and CEO, says, "Christian's new role will give him opportunity to use his considerable business and customer skills to improve our market penetration in his territory and expand our textile business. This is the beginning of an exciting new phase in the region."
Arroyo says: "I am highly motivated to develop my new role with all my energy and passion, doing my very best to meet our customers' satisfaction, while working to make Rosco's business expand beyond any possible existing limit."
