The sustainable Street Expo in Cheltenham
UK - Event & Management Services is enjoying busy times. The E&MS projects team has been invited to deliver the celebratory party for Kraft Foods as they move their UK headquarters from Cheltenham to Uxbridge after 37 years. Emma Cook, project manager for E&MS is supplying a series of fully equipped Big Top venues on Cheltenham Racecourse, with circus themed entertainment including aerial acts and fire eating plus catering services.

Over the last few months, E&MS has been supporting the Sceptics in the Pub regular meetings that have been held at D fly in Cheltenham. These discussions provide opportunities for people who are "interested in science, scepticism, rationalism and critical thinking to socialise and discuss matters of interest, usually with a guest speaker".

12 July at the Montpellier Chapter Hotel in Cheltenham saw the Launch of The sustainable Street Expo from Cheltenham Motorsports. At a reception attended by former Science Minister Lord Paul Drayson of Drayson Racing, Andrew North, CEO of Cheltenham Borough Council, Suzanne Hall Gibbons, Gloucestershire Chamber of Commerce and a raft of sponsors and potential Sponsors, the new event for September 2012 in Imperial gardens was announced. E&MS will be providing site and technical services for the event which will be showcasing renewable and sustainable technologies in Transport, Motor Manufacturing and Motorsports.

The event will feature education, legacy, commercial and technology zones, a theatre and live demonstrations of developmental and prototype vehicles that have sustainable and renewable power sources at their heart. It will feature in the Town's Diamond Jubilee plans.

The Cheltenham E&MS team has been asked to provide production and technical services for the first Collaboration Festival to be held in Lechlade, Wiltshire, 26-28 August 2011. This new arrival on the festival circuit will feature a wide range of music, comedy, worskshops, circus skills and entertainment for all the family.
