Launched earlier this year, the iLight group bought together the existing teams and resources of leading players in the industry - Zero88 and iLight Ltd, as part of a move to create greater freedom for lighting designers. The creation of a single management team for both brands is the next stage of the plan, explains group chairman David Kerr: "From the first day of merging iLight and Zero88, we planned to have a very close, single management team to help realize our goals and deliver the best value to our customers. This is a step-by-step approach and the fact that we've had such positive growth means we're announcing this move earlier than we'd originally anticipated," says David Kerr.
Graham Eales, who has been managing Zero 88 for the past year, adds: "A single team means we'll be able to structure our efforts even more effectively to really harness our entertainment and architectural lighting skills and technologies. We're now taking the next steps to ensure that we offer products and service that comes from a company that truly understands the needs and challenges in the lighting market."
Zero88 and iLight's distribution chains will stay the same, ensuring that the needs of the architectural market and entertainment market continue to be serviced effectively and contact phone numbers will remain the same.
