Coldplay- international touring artists utilized the company's services twice in '08. Long-standing Eat to the Beat team member Heidi Varah, led the catering crew. Along with her were Darren Shead and Jesse Davies creating "delicious and inspired meals" daily.
These meals were complemented by the work of Pauline Austin and Sarah Money with salads and freshly made desserts. Rounding out the team on the front line, Jessie Collins and Peter Kostandelos looked after the service in the dining room and dressing rooms. All equipment came from the US headquarters in LA.
The tour continued seamlessly over the pond to Sheffield Arena and continued through the UK and Ireland right up to the Christmas Holiday. "With the help of the company's UK headquarters, there was a fresh set of catering equipment on site and a UK based prep crew so that all could be fed without skipping a beat. "Or you could say that all of the Coldplay entourage continued to Eat to the Beat!" says the company.
2009 is Eat To The Beat's 25th birthday and they continue to develop their presence in the UK and Europe, US and Middle East in addition to realizing global aspirations by reaching the Far East through China.
