The latest technologies from distributed brands including DTS & LDR will be shown
UK - Power management specialist Eaton's lighting controls business will exhibit at PLASA Focus, Leeds 2014 for the first time as part of the Eaton group of companies.

Presented on Stands D10 & D12 in the Royal Armouries Hall will be a selection of innovative entertainment and architectural lighting control products. These will be primarily from its Zero 88 and Cogent Lighting ranges, alongside the latest technologies from distributed brands including DTS & LDR.

The latest SCD Server and SCD Server Pro will be highlighted. These stand-alone event replay / show controllers are designed for the control of sophisticated permanent lighting installations and also to run shows on building facades, theme parks and in landscaped environments etc.

The SCD Server family can also be used as a full tracking backup to any ZerOS lighting console including ORB and Solution series consoles.

The products can also be used as a bridge between a performance lighting system and an architectural lighting control network, making them ideal for use in theatres, conference centres and other presentation scenarios requiring simple control of complex lighting.

Also featured will be the recently released retrofit relay cards for Chilli 24 dimmers as well as the latest ZerOS software updates which will be running on Solution and ORB series consoles on the stand.

Eaton's UK LED lighting systems specialist Cogent will also showcase at PLASA Focus a new range of flexible LED strips with improved output as well as some of their full colour mixing LED down-lighters. White LED sources will also feature alongside these new introductions with Cogent's wide range of white LED luminaires now featuring significantly improved brightness.

New phase-dimmable LED drivers are also presented, offering super-smooth dimming to 0%, and designed to emulate conventional tungsten halogen dimming but with all the energy saving advantages built in.

A new Cogent MR16/GU10 replacement dimmable lamp with ultra-low dimming capabilities is also now available.

From Italian moving light manufacturer DTS, Eaton's Cooper Controls business will present the 'Dream Team' featuring the new Max multi-purpose moving head luminaire. With full colour mixing and a small but powerful 300W discharge light source, Max can be used as a Spot, Beam, Wash or Studio unit.

The new Nick NRG 501 LED wash light will also be prominent on the booth - RGBW, light weight, compact and versatile with an 8 - 54 degree zoom; the NRG 501 is sure to impress.

Completing the presentation will be the new high output Delta 12 RGBW wash light from DTS which is IP65 rated for exterior use too.

Eaton's Cooper Controls business will also feature new products from Italian theatre and performance lighting specialist LDR that will include the super-bright Alba LED profile luminaire and the new Astro LED follow spot.

Alba is based on LDR's popular range of 100/1200W tungsten halogen Nota zoom profiles that include zoom ranges of 8-22, 18-36 and 30-55 degrees, a new 200W light engine has been developed to take advantage of the high-spec double condenser zoom optical system ... which offers an incredibly crisp and clean gobo projection. The Alba range is available with either a 3200K or a 5600K LED white light source and is fitted with an integral PWM dimmer.
