A 250W, 1000-hour halogen lamp combines with a bidirectional parabolic reflector with highly reflective mirrors to give exceptionally bright projection. Top quality optics and precise manual focus adjustment produce sharp and detailed projections.
The Ego X6 also includes 12 inbuilt macros (slow, medium and fast) for fast programming. Besides the benefits of customized DMX control, the Ego X6 can operate in either auto or music trig mode. In trig mode, variable behavior tuning allows operators to adjust how aggressively the effect reacts to music. Also included is a variable strobe effect with 0-100% digital dimming and variable effect speeds on the parabolic reflector, the textured glass wheel rotation and the combined color/twinkle flag wheel. Rotation is continuous and smooth on all effects.
Like the other members of the Ego family, the Ego X6 is both lightweight and highly portable with a rugged, composite design that looks great in any rig. A handle and lens protection ring makes it easy to transport and handle, and a switch mode power supply makes set up even more straightforward, anywhere in the world.
