The open week will take place during 23-27 March. This is a free, drop-in event to both existing clients and new companies looking to find out how Electrosonic's service and installation teams can support their audio-visual and communications technology and systems.
The new Aberdeen office will serve the corporate, oil & gas and entertainment markets in and around Aberdeen. It has full workshop facilities, storage and a fabrication space. Services offered include systems integration, and support services such as equipment repair, preventative maintenance, remote monitoring, on-site staff and a projector lamps replacement programme.
Colin Lemmings, director of Electrosonic's corporate business, said, "After working in Aberdeen for over four years, I am delighted to have a local office to serve our growing business in this area. Being on our client's door step allows us to provide a personal and efficient service, giving clients the peace of mind that we can be at their offices to fix problems very quickly, keeping critical business operations running."
Visitors who attend the open week will also be offered either a free Communications Technology Risk Assessment or an Audio-Visual Service Health Check. The Communications Technology Risk Assessment will include a site visit to assess the client's current communications systems and how resilient they are. Advice will be given on ways to increase the technologies' resilience so calls and meetings don't fail as often, and if they do, to ensure there is a backup plan in place. The Audio-visual Service Health Check will include a functionality check and filter clean, cabling and electrical safety, a colour balance and collection of lamp hour usage.
