To supplement the existing background music system in the Il Lido lounge, the club recently acquired an ELIAS PX system.
Tirso Garcia, marketing & entertainment manager of Il Lido explains their rationale: "Especially on weekends our guests often want something more after dinner than plain background music, and so Il Lido will often spontaneously transform itself into a dance club. To allow for this flexibility, we wanted a sound system with a great deal more 'kick'. Plus, we hold our sound system up to the same high quality standards as we do our menu and décor. We ended up selecting an ELIAS PX system for two reasons: the ELIAS PX is compact, but it doesn't at all sound compact. Its moderate size and attractive look fit in very nicely with the lounge's existing design, but the system offers a strong, powerful sound that is as smooth and clear as glass. Furthermore, the fact that its power amps and controller are built right in makes it so easy to roll out for special events, such as a special gathering outside on the terrace."
